Return Policy

Definition

Non-Defective Item:

Damage on the packaging does not mean the item is being used or with defect.  Shipping and manufacturing process may cause damage on the packaging but not on the item. We will inspect on the item before shipping out to customer.

Return and/or Exchange of item:

Customer is only allowed to exchange for the same product with the same color, unless the product is discontinued.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fee

Return or exchange shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. You are entitled a 7-day consideration period for all items.
  2. Upon receiving the parcel, kindly check and examine the items. Any defect reported 7 days after receiving the item will be considered as no defect (human factors) and refund or exchange is NOT allowed.
  3. Kindly note that consideration period is not a trial period, hence, all returned items must be in new, unused, fine and in resalable condition.
  4. Kindly wrap the return and exchange item properly together with its accessories, original tag attached (must be in tact) and original box of the product.
  5. Any missing item or damage on the box may affect customer’s return and exchange rights.
  6. All return and exchange application must be submitted to our helloservcare@grandeurgifts.com within 7 days after receiving the item. We will follow the date and time track on our system and email received. We appreciate your help to post or return the item the next day for smooth handling purposes.
  7. Kindly email to inform us about the item you wish to return and/or exchange, picture of the item and the reason to return and / or exchange.
  8. Return or exchange of item is applicable for one (1) order and for one (1) time only. If in any case, the item lost in transit and we are unable to contact you or due to personal reason that the item is not returned within the stipulated period, the application is deemed as cancel.
  9. You are required to insert the return slip in the box (for our reference), wrap an extra layer to avoid damage on the item or the original box which may affect your customer’s return right.

By submitting the application of refund or exchange, you are bound to agree to our return and exchange policy.

Return / exchange of the item according to the method you are informed by customer service representative. We will notify you upon receiving the item and inform you about the delivery time of new item.
